DoshasWe call doshas, the 3 Ayurvedic bioenergies known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
They are present in a balanced and consistent in everything, every living thing, every object, whether it was the universe, a person or an atom. Only vary their balance and expression. Having done all of these three energies in different balances, any influence at all ... and vice versa. Emotions can be restabilisées changing his way of eating. The body can be rebalanced by thinking differently and so on. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are all and each of us in varying proportions and different. Everything we do and eat, all those with whom we have relationnons a different balance than ours and influence. They destabilize us and thus keep us alive. They also allow us to find a balance and keeping us alive in health, beauty and happiness. Everything is balance. But if things fall out of balance, they go wrong. When Vata, Pitta and Kapha are destabilized, tensions are created in being. Much mentally as physically and emotionally. It must seek its own balance again. This research itself is created and mobilized life. And as Vata, Pitta and Kapha are in everything, everything can be a source of rebalancing be. Everything influences everything and if everything is potentially a gateway to treatment, Essential oils are one of the most beautiful and manageable way to influence the balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha in someone.
